Winter Garden is a recently remodeled and decorated two-level cabin with a spacious loft housing a king-sized bed and clover-shaped garden tub. This cabin is the perfect place to chill out while enjoying the streaming apps on the SmartTV or warming up next to the cozy wood-burning fireplace. The cabin has gleaming hardwood floors and French doors opening to the screened porch which overlooks the lush forest. Be sure to enjoy the woodland view while soaking in the hot tub or grilling out on the screened-in deck. Once your day is over, take a relaxing bath upstairs in the clover-shaped jacuzzi accented by mirrors. The sleeper sofa in living room is recommended for children.
If you decide to venture out of the cabin, you will find even more adventures awaiting you! Unicoi State Park and Anna Ruby Falls are located in the area and Winter Garden is only a 15-minute drive from Alpine Helen with its never-ending novelty shops and enticing restaurants. No matter what season you visit in, you will make memories that will last a lifetime.

SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
• The Damage Protection Fee depends on the size of the property.
• A $25, $55, or $75 non-refundable damage waiver is added to every reservation. This waiver will cover up to $700 for accidental or inadvertent damages. This is only applicable if the damages are reported at the time of the incident.
If the guest chooses to opt out of paying the mandatory DPF, a substantial deposit will be required and placed on the guest's credit card in lieu of DPF. This money will be held until a post departure inspection is completed. If there are no charges against this deposit, it will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Please note that once you have chosen the deposit option, to change back to the Damage Protection Fee, you will incur a charge of $100.
