Boathouse with covered and exposed deck for sunbathing and outdoor dining. Swimming and fishing right off of dock. Playroom with ping pong, indoor shuffleboard table, Pac man, TV. Outdoor basketball goal and level yard for children's play. Boathouse has extra slip for rental boat if desired (rentals available at two marinas on the lake–La Prade's and Anchorage, each about a 12-minute ride by boat.)
