It's perfectly situated downtown Helen overlooking the Chattahoochee River, you are close to everything at this property. Easy walk into town to explore the river, watch tubers go by, or walk into town to a restaurant!
Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen – whatever the season – and do some shopping or grab a German Bratwurst.
Helen is a great location for family fun any time of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. We had a wonderful stay, and we absolutely plan to return to this property next year! The only suggestion/negative comment that I have is that there is a floodlight that shines directly onto the porch/bedroom window, which makes it way too bright in the bedroom at night and really challenged our sleep. Perhaps adding some light-blocking curtains would be good? Other than that, it was really nice. Well appointed, spacious, and well cared-for!

The rental was in the perfect location to walk to and from places especially with traffic being so congested during the evening and nights.
Great stay. There seemed to be a technical glitch receiving the text with the door code but Hannah in the office helped us right away when I called the office. It was very nice to be able to walk everywhere and we enjoyed the back deck by the river.
The condo was clean and comfortable. The owner was easy to communicate with, very helpful with local information. The condo is walkable to downtown Helen which has some wonderful shops and restaurants. If you like history and antiques we recommend visiting the Hardman Farm and Nacoochee Antiques. We would stay here again and look forward to our next trip.
