*NEWLY REMODLED* You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the Pink Pig BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby.
Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen – whatever the season – and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake.
Helen is a great location for family fun any time of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. There is something for everyone in Helen; make it your next vacation!

The suite was perfect for us. It was spacious, clean, and located on the river’s edge. The deck was nice and we enjoyed watching the tubers. The air conditioning was working perfectly! We will definitely stay in this unit again and highly recommend for others. It’s a first floor unit which was very important for us and our assigned parking space was steps away from the unit. The office staff from reserving to departing were very accommodating.
A little older but so spacious in size and perfectly located in town. Overlooking a gorgeous river, perfect parking spot, excellent sized shower. We would stay here again if we were to revisit!
We loved our stay. The spot was great. We could walk or drive to the shops. It's so nice having the back porch on the water. We can't wait to go back
The condo was spacious and close to the heart of Helen! Would stay again, the back deck is large and peaceful next to the creek.
Property Manager: Easy to book and communicate with the property rental company. Super easy especially using the app. Property: The condo is located in an exceptionally great location on the river, and it was a well kept, older property. The back deck was my favorite feature, it even had a covered patio and an open area that was not covered. The deck isn't huge but was perfect for my friend and I who simply love to relax, listen to the water and experience the peacefulness. I'd stay there again!

Property Manager: Communication was excellent! Easy to book and reminder sent on second payment much appreciated. Property: Set up was great, kitchen in front, beds and living area in the back. Bathroom was nice, shower was great and the water pressure was excellent! The best part was the back deck overlooking the river!
Property Manager: I choose the property from the internet, rented online, and had just some welcome texts. So I did not have any direct interaction with any staff… but that’s a good thing! I didn’t run into any issues that needed staff assistance! Property: The property was perfect for our needs. The location was great – not too close to anything noisy but close enough to walk to town several times a day. The deck was lovely to sit out on and watch the tubers and listen to nature.
Property Manager: The team was very easy to work with a provided prompt service. Property: We loved our time in Helen celebrating the 4th of July. The property is spacious, clean and easy check in. Great location with river access. This place has all the items you need to grill a delicious dinner with your purchases from Betty's Country Store. We loved being able to walk to everything in town but also just stepping out the backdoor to enjoy the river.
