Enjoy this cozy riverside condo minutes away from everything Helen has to offer. You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the North Georgia BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby.
Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen – whatever the season – and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake.
Helen is a great location for family fun any time of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. There is something for everyone in Helen; make it your next vacation!

Property Manager: Staff kept us informed and were available but because the condo was so nice never had any problems that needed there attention. Property: Great place to spend a vacation. Quiet, clean and nicely decorated.
Property Manager: Quick responses to reservation, what to expect, access codes, amenities, etc., for every aspect if our stay! Property: We LOVED the condo's location-right on the Chattahoochee River just two blocks off the main street. Quiet, shaded by large trees. Comfortable bed and sofa. Spacious and convenient unit with a dedicated parking space. No check-in hassle or early morning calls. Perfection! We hope to visit in this unit the next time we're in the NE Georgia mountains.
Property Manager: The staff at Alpine River Suites made our stay a pleasant one. Every once in a while we would be contacted asking if we needed anything. It was a great staff/customer experience. Property: The apartment was immaculate. The attention to details made our stay comfortable enough that there were no needs to request any additional items. The proximity to the river made for relaxing nights.
Property Manager: They stayed in contact with us through our complete visit! They are easily accessible! Property: Perfect spot! Nice size rooms. Beautiful balcony. The fireplace was the best!!! Great location.
Property Manager: Booking and access were simple. I never had any issues to address with the team. Property: The rental was super clean, easy to find and easy to access. You could park and walk everywhere the rest of the weekend. Having a quiet glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the river was relaxing. Definitely on the list if we return to Helen.
Property Manager: Excellent communication with staff. Very responsive to text and gave great information Property: A+ property! Location, private parking, big comfy bed, warm gas fireplace! Loved the view of the river and walk ability of the area. Barely drove from check in to check out except for a short trip to Anna Ruby Falls. Only disappointment was thought there would be a jetted tub based on a description read on 3rd party, but definitely not a deal breaker to stay in 501 again.
