This is it: your perfect Helen vacation spot! Located near downtown Helen overlooking the beautiful Chattahoochee River, you are close to everything at this condo. You can easily walk to Downtown Helen as it's about 1 mile.
You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the Pink Pig BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby.
Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen – whatever the season – and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake.

The condo was nice and roomy, but not very clean. The furniture looked like it hadn't been wiped off in a long time and the blinds & window sills were filthy!

Property Manager: We recently stayed at Alpine River Suites #502 and the reservation process and communication for check-in was flawless. Property: We loved it! We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river and the condo's NASCAR theme. It was an easy walk to downtown and all it had to offer. We would 100% stay at this property again.
Property Manager: all in all, quick response Property: Just need to do something about the flood lights on the other condo they shine right in the bedroom window, and the front door has a gap, and you can see the light through the fireplace
Property Manager: I booked online thru VRbo. The process was simple and out front. Every aspect was better than expected, even the maintenance man that fixed our door knob. Property: The process went according to the guidebook and the office. Entry to the lobby, then room was nice and a nice safety call. The room was awesome. Wife and I had plenty of room, a nice kitchen beautiful bed. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was so peaceful and inviting.

Property Manager: This was an easy booking and very straight forward. Property: The condo was well appointed and comfortable. We loved having coffee every morning on the deck overlooking the creek. It is a great property and we are sure we will use it again next time we're in Helen.
