Alpine Rose is your perfect location to explore the center of downtown Alpine Helen! Located within walking distance, this two-bedroom cabin is perfect for a fun weekend tubing down the river, riding the Alpine Coaster, playing mini golf, or enjoying one of the many delicious restaurants Helen has to offer. If you have a whole week, visit some of the area wineries, take a quiet walk on the Hardman Farm Heritage Trail, or visit the spectacular Anna Ruby Falls. The Helen area has an activity for everyone!
Alpine Rose is an ideal place to sit back and rock on the porch or enjoy the relaxing hot tub. After a well-spent day exploring the area, delight yourself with a seltzer or beer from one of the area's breweries while grilling out on the porch.
Things to Know
This property is located on a short steep driveway. Most vehicles will be fine, especially FWD vehicles. Vehicles with extra low suspensions may have an issue.
25+ age requirement for lead guest. No exceptions.
Digital rental agreement will be required to sign and complete after property is booked.
This property is Pet Friendly, and a one-time per-pet fee will be added if you bring your dog(s). The pet fees that will be added to your reservation are 0 and are non-refundable. This fee covers up to 2 dogs up to 50lbs. Please view the Pet Policy below.
Driveway & Parking Information
• Driveway: The property is located on a short, steep driveway. The main road leading up is mostly level, but there is a noticeable incline when transitioning onto the property’s driveway. This transition can feel a bit abrupt if you’re not expecting it.
• Vehicles: 4WD/AWD vehicles will have no issues with the driveway. Most standard vehicles can access the property without trouble; however, vehicles with low clearance or lowered suspensions may experience difficulty at the transition point. We recommend maintaining a steady, consistent speed when going up the incline to avoid any slipping sensation.
• Parking: The property can accommodate up to two (2) vehicles.
Please don’t let the driveway discourage you—it is very manageable once you’ve approached it the first time.

Pet Policy
We have some properties that are designated "Pet Friendly''. This option is stated on the cabin profile and is possible with a non-refundable pet fee of 0.00. This fee covers up to two (2) pets with a MAX weight per pet of 50 lbs. In the event, Guest's party includes a dog, Guest shall register all dogs on the booking page at the time the Reservation is made to ensure that the rental property Guest is requesting is pet friendly.
In addition, in the event evidence of a dog is found at a rental property that is not pet-friendly, or the dog is not registered in the Reservation, Guest shall be assessed a minimum charge of 0.
All dogs must be on a flea prevention program and are not allowed on furniture, on the blankets and/or any linens, in hot tubs or left unattended at the rental property. Guests agree that they will not use any linens or towels for their pets. If fleas are found inside the rental property upon Guest's departure, Guest shall be responsible for any and all fees incurred for extermination services.
If the rental property requires additional cleaning due to the dog, Guest shall be charged accordingly. Pets must be completely house broken and well behaved. Pets shall NOT be left uncrated while alone in cabin. If evidence of dog urine or feces is found in the rental property, a minimum of 0, together with the costs and expenses of additional cleaning services necessary to remove hair, odors and/or stains shall be charged to credit card on file.
Guest agrees to pick up waste from the grounds and deposit in outside garbage cans. Guests are responsible for the actions of their pets and all damages that may arise from having a pet on the property. Cabin Rentals of Helen, managers, nor homeowners assume any responsibility or liability for Guest(s) pets.
Cabin Rentals of Helen does not allow any other type of animal, including cats.

Great location but do not underestimate how steep the driveway is! Didn’t have any issues at all with the cabin and it is as described. Super convenient to restaurants and attractions.
Beautiful place very clean great views super close to downtown Helen the driveway is steep, but manageable.

Great weekend trip for the 4th! Cabin was clean and very comfortable. Walkable to downtown, the hill going back up is a challenge! The parking is very steep! Would rent again!

The house was clean and ready when we arrived. It is in a good location of the town and walking distance to most everything. The only downside would be steep driveway that is difficult to drive and walk up and down on.
Property Manager: Everyone was very accommodating. Easy to work with. Property: Cabin was great. Had everything needed for our stay and was very cozy. Driveway was very steep and could use more flat area to park. If it rains or anything you need awd or 4wd drive to make it up the driveway but that was the only downside of staying there.
