The beautiful rustic cabin has vaulted ceilings and during the cool fall & winter evenings, guests can gather around the gas burning log fireplace. Gather with the family, pop some popcorn, and play board games, or enjoy sipping on a bottle of wine from the local area wineries as you snuggle by the fire.
Down By The River has so many wonderful features! Guests can relax in the outdoor hot tub overlooking the river or enjoy cooking out on the propane grill. Not guaranteed but you may be grilling some fresh caught fish! What about all of the most popular games at your disposal? A game of billiards, air hockey, or ping pong for your enjoyment. Don't forget to bring the marshmallows and enjoy sitting around the outdoor firepit.

Property Manager: Very helpful Property: Our 6th visit and will return. We love it.
Property Manager: When I reached out to the staff to help with guest lists and such, they were all friendly and helpful. Property: The property was amazing. I was really impressed with the cabin. It was nice and big enough for our group. The fishing wasn't what I hoped for, but the amenities were nice. The stairs to the river were gone, but it wasn't enough to make me not want to stay there again. I know things have to be replaced from time to time. There was not a tub in the main level bathroom
Property Manager: Easy booking and paying. Emails will all pertient info received on time. Zero issues booking or checking in. Thank you! Property: This is a beautiful property. We had a great time fishing in the Chatahoochee and relaxing by the fire. The quiet was amazing. When the kids had enough, it was off to the game room with air hockey, pool, table tennis, and many many other games as well as a good selection of board games and card games. About 15 minutes from Helen. We will definitely be back!

Property Manager: Very friendly and helpful staff Property: Love the property location. A little under 20 minutes to the attractions of Helen, yet very private and remote. Loved being away from it all, but in reality a short distance to wherever we were going.
