Beautiful 1BR cozy cabin is the perfect place to relax. Perfect for a honeymoon. Built over a small pond has a paddle boat and canoe. Only 15 minutes from downtown Helen. Minutes to Yonah Mtn. Winery. Alpine Helen has lots of great restaurants & fun activities. Ride the Alpine Roller coaster or tube down the river. Play a game of mini golf or try zip lining at Unicoi State Park. Year round fun & don't forget fall in Helen during Oktoberfest. This cabin has a wrap around porch that sits over the water, giving guests the wonderful opportunity to fish right off the deck. Grab your morning cup of coffee and your fishing pole, walk a few feet, and there you are in fishing heaven! For your evening entertainment, enjoy a campfire at the outdoor firepit with friends or family after a day on the lake.

Absolutely one of the best properties we have stayed at. The cabin was very well cleaned and had everything we needed to cook. Loved being able to walk around the deck and fish from all around. The dock was very nice to fish off of too!! The ONLY downfall to this property is they need drinking glasses, had plenty of wine glasses but no regular glasses. LOVE this property and we will be back

Property was in the most perfect and peaceful setting. Clean, loved the paddle boat, the kids really enjoyed it as well! The fire pit and swing were such a nice touch. The only critique would be the sleeper sofa wasn't the most comfortable. It feels like your falling backwards while sleeping on it. It didn't feel level. But other than that, the regular bed in the bedroom was great!

We were in awe as soon as we pulled up to the cabin Knotts Landing. We knew that it would be on the water but it was so much more than we expected. There were plenty of dishes and start up supplies for our stay. It was so peaceful inside and outside. The couch and the bed was very comfortable. Hardly any cars on the road going by the house. The three boats available was the cherry on the top for my husband. He fished everyday in the paddle boat and caught three to four bass each time he went out. I loved the swing and was able to sit and enjoy taking in the quiet and the scenery. We saw deer every morning and evening. This place is a must go for couples wanting to reconnect.

The Knott's Landing property is absolutely beautiful! We were lucky to run across this listing as it provided everything we were looking for in our vacation. It is so quiet and relaxing to where it almost seems like your only neighbors are the wildlife abound. The cabin is clean, well-equipped, cozy, and quaint. A person can literally roll out of bed into the casting of their fishing rod! For the fishermen and fisherwomen out there, it's a dream come true! Personally, I didn't miss the steep, at times treacherous, trek down to the water that a lot of times come with our cabin rental. Such a unique and spoiling perk Knott's provides. And the fishing, absolutely outstanding! One of the better outings we've had in a while. There's some adult-sized fish in that pond for sure.

The cabin we rented (Knotts Landing) was perfect. So secluded and peaceful, just what we needed. The location was great as we were close the Helen and Cleveland which provided a variety of fun activities and shopping. We are already talking about returning to the same property sometime this year.
