So enjoyed a relaxing time at the overlook of lake burton. The deck for coffee in the morning and then grilling in the evening while others set around fire pit. Easy drive to laprades to get either pizza or eat at lake burton grill. Right down the road from Blu Canoe restaurant which is fantastic. Looking forward to next trip to north georgia and staying at the overlook.
This is the fourth time we have rented this cabin for a Lake Burton stay. We love it!
Our cabin stay was wonderful! Comfortable and cozy, plenty of room to relax and unwind, and everything was so clean! Beautiful views, hot tub, 30 mins from Helen, and so much more! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a nice stay? we enjoyed every minute of our stay and hope to be back soon!
We enjoyed our stay at this cabin! The kitchen is well stocked with clean rooms and plenty of space for the kids to play.
Great cabin! Super clean and peaceful. If you’re looking for a getaway this is definitely the place. Extremely peaceful and relaxing with the hot tub.
We had such a wonderful getaway at the Overlook at Lake Burton! The home was cozy and peaceful. We saw deer in the mornings and the sparkles of the lake through the trees. And in the evening everyone loved warming up in the hot tub. We traveled there with three kids 5 and under and everything was accommodating for children. The kids enjoyed playing in the leaves and swinging in the hammock. The location was perfect and so quiet but not a far drive from Clayton. Our favorite places close by were the Blue Canoe restaurant and Moccasin Creek State Park (has a great little playground right by the lake). Overall we loved our stay at this cabin and would easily recommend it to any of friends!
