The house was exactly as described with plenty of room for our family. We would definitely rent again.
Property Manager: Speaking with the team members of the cabin rentals of Helen was always pleasant. Property: The property was as expected in the description. Great place for large groups. Love the fire pit. Close to downtown. Nothing to complain about.
Property Manager: We had a very easy experience booking with Rent Helen. Zero issues and would use them again. Property: Loved our stay at The Tasty Marshmallow. It had literally everything we needed and our large family (reunion) had a great time there. The place was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed playing billiards indoors or sitting around the fire pit outdoors at night. Close to town where we could go out shopping or grab some dinner. We'd stay there again.

Property Manager: Excellent service answered all my questions with ease. Property: Loved The Toasty Marshmallow. The home was set up to accommodate everyone with a bedroom for their own private space as well as central areas we could all be together at. Also very close to downtown Helen so drive was not long.

Property Manager: The team members quickly helped us resolve an issue with a different property to stay at the Toasty Marshmallow instead. They were responsive to texts and calls to make sure we had the best stay possible. Property: The house is clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked, the dining room had seating for our whole family, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The yard is well kept and the fire pit area was a nice place to relax at the end of the day.
Property Manager: We needed limited communication- all of the emails leading up to the stay informed us well. We did have a cracked coffee pot that was discovered our first morning and a new one was delivered unbelievably quick. Very much appreciated! Property: The Toasty Marshmallow is stocked well and gave plenty of space to your extended family Thanksgiving gathering. We had 8 adults and 5 small children on this trip and were very pleased with the set up. The front yard was perfect for our 7 and 8 year old to throw the football and the whole family enjoyed evenings by the fire pit out back. The men played golf while the rest of us checked out Helen one day. Great experience overall!
