Set on a sprawling 23 acres, the historic estate is furnished with unique antique finds. Wake up to the fresh morning air and be greeted by the beautiful sunrise. On gentle sloped rolling hills, you will appreciate the mountain views. Watch the gorgeous sunrise. Get ready to take in clear night skies full of brilliant constellations from the porch and outdoor seating— whether it’s a cold winter night or a fresh summer evening.

Stretch your legs by going on a walk on the property. Enjoy a bbq with your group and dine in the outdoor dining area. If you are looking for family fun and ultimate entertainment, this farmhouse includes lawn darts, horseshoes, cornhole an assortment of games and puzzles! If you want to experience relaxing entertainment, spend your quiet nights roasting marshmallows on the gas firepit. 


If you are looking to find some peace and quiet while not having to give up the conveniences, the farmhouse is in a convenient location, just minutes from downtown Cleveland, 20 minutes to Helen, Historic Dahlonega, and 10 wineries. Whether it is spring, summer, fall, or winter, you can marvel at the sights, sounds, and smells of each unique season and witness how it influences activity on the farm. Perfect for family fun, group outing, visits to Helen and Cleveland, and other activities for up to 8 guests!

The fireplaces on the property are not to be used at this time, they are for decorative purposes only. As much as we love our furry friends, this cabin is not pet-friendly.

This property does have 2 large horses boarded on the farm. Please DO NOT attempt to feed the horses or open the gate.

So so clean. I was really impressed with the management company and how the communication went. The farm house was so comfy and we really enjoyed our girls wine weekend. We visited Cavendar Creek, Yonah, Three Sisters and downtown Dahlonega. Oh and burgers at Clydes in Cleveland. Dont forget to stop by the Tomato House for supplies.

We had a horse to get out of the fence at the property we were staying at, I called the company we went through and in no time the horse was back where she belonged. They were so good at getting the problem solved.

The Rent Helen staff were all so very nice and accommodating.

What a perfect stay! This is our second weekend getaway to this area staying here and we could not say more positive things about this property. The house is decorated beautifully, very clean and spacious, has a fully-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and linens, and the wrap-around porch is just beautiful. The horses are an added bonus and will come up to the fence to say hello on occasion. While close to a main road, the house is located in a perfect area equidistant from Helen and Dahlonega and even closer to downtown Cleveland as well as lots of wineries. Would absolutely recommend staying here and I would stay for a third time!

  • Check-Out is at 11 AM.
  • Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are currently not available due to Covid-19-related cleaning requirements.

  • 50% payment is due at checkout for bookings further than 15 days out. 
  • 2nd 50% payment due 15 days before arrival.
  • If your arrival date is already within the 15-day window of arrival full payment will be required at time of booking.
