Local taxi service is available for this cabin at a very minimal rate as you are downtown.

This great cabin offers 3 private bedrooms with extra sleeping accommodation in the game room area for a 4th private room ~ or can be used as additional sleeping for 4. There is a King trundle bed in this area and a queen sleeper sofa. Alpine Angels is an excellent place for 4 couples and at the same time is also great at accommodating families.

The Premium for CSA Vacation Rental Insurance will be included in the cost of your initial deposit. On the home page, main task bar, look next to owner login and you will see a tab ~ TRAVEL INSURANCE ~ Please review the benefits. Instead of hundreds of dollars up front, simply pay a nominal fee of $39 then relax, knowing you are covered for accidental property damage.

CSA - Security Deposit Protection Plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to your check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $5000. Any damages that exceed policy limit will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our rental properties, an Insured Person causes any damage to real property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $5000. Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Security Deposit Protection coverage are contained in the Certificate of Insurance or Insurance Policy.

Travel with the ease of relaxing on your vacation with the following
Coverage for 69.50 % of total reservation cost. Example if
your total reservation is approximately $1850 (Travel Protection)
for this amount calculates to be $128.57 for the following emergencies
that occurs every day.

24 – Hour Emergency Assistance Services:
Roadside Assistance, Towing Service, Tire Change, Battery Jump

Concierge Services:
Scheduling of Tee Times, Pet Services Locator, and Special Events

On Demand Medical Care:
Nurse Hotline, Replacement of medication and Eyeglasses

Identity Theft while on vacation


DEPOSIT PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

*(50%) paid day of Reservation

* Security Deposit Protection Plan is a requirement for each reservation
$39.00 charge

*Balance must be paid in full (7) days prior to arrival

*The Credit card holder for any payments, including deposit, must be
present at the time of check-In with a valid driver's license and securing credit card

*Specials or Discounts do not apply to existing reservations and if applied, must be applied
at the time of booking.

*Certain seasons, holidays and festivals have nightly minimum stays

*Must be 21 years of age to make a reservation with Cabin Rentals of Helen and Sautee.

*Master, Visa and Discover Cards, Cashier's Check, or Cash accepted as
payment. We no longer accept personal checks.

RESERVATIONS CAN BE RE-SCHEDULED OR CANCELED WITH NO PENALTY IF:

As long as the change is processed at least (30) days in advance of
reservation and a $50.00 processing fee does apply if cancelled, if
re-appointed to another booking or held in escrow for a future booking
no processing fee charged.

RESERVATIONS CAN NOT BE RE-SCHEDULED IF:

• Less than (30) days of arrival date ~ No Refund ~ No Escrow Hold
The deposit is forfeited ~ unless we are able to replace the reservation
with another booking.

• No exceptions can be made to the Cancellation Policy ~ can NOT be
altered for bad weather, health related issues or family emergencies.
