Laurel Haven is the perfect Honeymoon cabin with a heart-shaped Jetted Indoor Jacuzzi with Accent Mirrors tucked in the corner of the master bedroom. This adorable cabin is located close to Unicoi State Park, and tucked away in the woods for your complete privacy and relaxation. This cabin has a screened in porch with a hot tub for as much soaking and relaxing as you can handle!
After relaxing in the hot tub for part of the day, you might just get hungry. Throw some steaks or hamburgers on the propane grill provided. Then take a well deserved nap!
For your evening entertainment, if the weather is cool, snuggle up in front of the wood-burning fireplace and sip on some of Northeast Georgia's local wine.
We're sure you won't, but if you get tired of being in the tranquility of the woods, Alpine Helen is just a 15 minute drive away for a fun day of shopping, playing mini golf, or trying one of many delicious restaurants. If you want some more adventurous water fun, visit the Helen Water Park or go tubing on the famous Chattahoochee which winds its way through Alpine Helen.
For outdoor enthusiasts, you will be in an area full of hiking trails and waterfalls. Visit spectacular Anna Ruby Falls and Unicoi State Park for a great day out, or try horseback riding at the nearby Sunburst Stables. There is never a shortage of fun things to do in and around Helen. Whatever time of year, you will find something going on; Fall boasts Helen's exciting Oktoberfest season and the Christmas season is a Christmas to remember in Helen's Alpine winter wonderland.

I have two observations I'd share:
First, the bathtub drained really slow; the drain needs to be cleaned.
Second, when we opened the door upon arrival Sunday afternoon, it was obvious that at some point someone busted in the door. The door jamb is busted around the dead bolt and the door lock. I would hate the think that happened while someone was staying in the cabin. This probably sounds crazy, but I didn't sleep well the whole time we were there because of seeing that. For peace of mind, you should consider changing the door jamb.

SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
• The Damage Protection Fee depends on the size of the property. A $25.00. $55.00 or $75.00 non-refundable damage waiver is added to every reservation. This waiver will cover up to $700 for accidental or inadvertent damages. This is only applicable if the damages are reported at the time of the incident.
If guest chooses to opt out of paying the mandatory DPF a substantial deposit will be required and placed on the guest's credit card in lieu of DPF. This money will be held until a post departure inspection is completed. If there are no charges against this deposit, deposit will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Please note that once you have chosen the deposit option, to change back to the Damage Protection Fee, you will incur a charge of $100.
