Our stay at Comfy Bear Mountain Lodge in Helen, GA was absolutely wonderful! The property offered all the luxuries of home and more. The tasteful Christmas decorations were such a nice touchthey made the cabin feel cozy and festive, and we truly felt at home. The amenities were excellent, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. Honestly, we didnt want to leave! We did have a minor issue when we blew a breaker using a hair dryer, but the team handled it perfectly. I called twice, and each time the response was quick and professionalthe repairman arrived right away and resolved the issue without any hassle. That level of service really stood out. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend Comfy Bear (Cabin Rentals of Helen) to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

I did not have to reach out to ask any questions, the staff made first contact to make sure the entire process of getting there, checking in, and everything in between went smooth. We loved the stocked kitchen and all the comfy throw-pillows. The theater room and the firepit were really big hits with our family.. We made s'mores 2 nights in a row... YUM! We also really enjoyed that there were only 2 TVs to watch and they were in the family rooms. It kept us all together when we watched tv. My grandson learned to play Chess while we were there. These moments are the moments that made us appreciate that quality time together. Instead of isolated in a room, staring at a TV, we were all together, sharing the laughter as memories were made!

The houses were straight from a magazine, they were gorgeous and Inloved being able to cook meals with pots and pans that werent scratched and dented like the other places we stay.

The property worked out perfectly for our group. Those with kids were able to have a separate area from those without and lots of room to stretch out. We enjoyed the games and fire pit as well as the plentiful TVs

Cabin Rentals of Helen staff were awesome! They were very helpful and kept us informed of everything we needed to know. Check in and check out was easy.

We had the best time in Helen as always! We have been visiting for 6 years now. This is the first time we have stayed with Cabin Rentals of Helen and we will definitely be staying with them on our next trip! The condo was clean and comfy and it had everything we needed.
