Easy stay, great service, beautiful cabin!

Beautiful cabin in a wonderful location. Everything was perfect!

The check in procedure was very simple, I was given instructions a few days ahead, the staff was very friendly and helpful, I had questions after hours and they called me back immediately.

Our stay was wonderful, the cabin was nicely stocked with starter essentials. It was beautifully decorated as well.

The team member of Cabin Rentals of Helen were great with communication. We had everything we needed to get our vacation started. Recommended lots of fun places to visit.

The property was beautiful. Perfect for a small family with small ones & a small dog. I love that you could lock both sides of the screen porch to keep both kids and puppy happy and safe. The deck with the hot tub is also fully surrounded by gates that automatically lock. Plus, they have a little side area where the puppy can go out separate from everything else. If you walk down the stairs, you will be greeted by a beautiful Stream which we really enjoyed. We will definitely be returning to this property, hopefully in the spring.

This was my first experience renting a VRBO. The rental team were very informative and welcoming through the whole experience. I received thorough communications via email and texts. They made my experience a breeze!

The property was very clean, warm and welcoming. The location hands down can't be beat! On the water, a beautiful public park just a block away. Everything was within walking distance, we never paid for parking as it was not necessary. My favorite attraction was this suite! I spent every minute that I could relaxing on the porch soaking up the fresh air. I took my fold out chair and my hiking stick and crossed the water - set my chair up on the edge of the bank and soaked my toes in the icy waters while listening to the birds chirp and the sound of water flowing over the rocks. HEAVEN! My husband was very happy with this location.

The team at Cabin Rentals of Helen was easy to communicate with and they made sure we were comfortable and knew of all the neat stuff to see on the property.

This cabin is like new. We loved the waterfalls, seeing the gold mines, sitting around the campfire, and soaking in the hot tub after a day of biking.

The property was amazing. I was really impressed with the cabin. It was nice and big enough for our group. The fishing wasn't what I hoped for, but the amenities were nice. The stairs to the river were gone, but it wasn't enough to make me not want to stay there again. I know things have to be replaced from time to time. There was not a tub in the main level bathroom as it said online, but it was still nice.

The property was as expected in the description. Great place for large groups. Love the fire pit. Close to downtown. Nothing to complain about.

It was nice to actually have a real person contact us from time to time and see if we needed anything and if things were good upon our arrival and also departure.

The unit we stayed in was great. We will definitely return. This was actually our second time at this place. It is within walking distance to nearly everything. We walked to Festhalle every night. Great location.

This is a beautiful property. We had a great time fishing in the Chatahoochee and relaxing by the fire. The quiet was amazing. When the kids had enough, it was off to the game room with air hockey, pool, table tennis, and many many other games as well as a good selection of board games and card games. About 15 minutes from Helen. We will definitely be back!

Communication through text and email was superb. I got reminders and messages in the weeks up to our visit as well as throughout our stay.

The property was beautiful. Outside deck was amazing and the deck swing was great for the kids. The fire pit in the backyard was great and well worth it. The inside of the cabin was wonderfully put together, and we loved all the little bears everywhere. It was spacious enough for our group to do everything we wanted.

The home was absolutely stunning. It was perfect for 4 couples looking to enjoy a weekend together at the area wineries and downtown Helen. The king beds were very comfortable including the king bunk room. We loved the space the home offered including the pool room/bar area as well as the outdoor firepit. We all agreed we would come back to this property again!

Cabin Rentals of Helen were wonderful to work with and Ally was so helpful addressing our concerns regarding Hurricane Helene hitting the area, our reservations were for the following week. Thank God Helen was not hit as hard others.

We have rented River Haus twice. We love that we can walk into town from this location, enjoy the deck overlooking the river and watch the people in tubes.

A+ property! Location, private parking, big comfy bed, warm gas fireplace! Loved the view of the river and walk ability of the area. Barely drove from check in to check out except for a short trip to Anna Ruby Falls. Only disappointment was thought there would be a jetted tub based on a description read on 3rd party, but definitely not a deal breaker to stay in 501 again.

What a phenomenal rental! The house has a gorgeous view of the lake and easy walk down to the boat house. The entire house, guest house and boat house are decorator quality. It's like staying at a designer showroom. Sheets are high quality and mattresses are new and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a grill and a Big Egg as well. We took our teenage daughter and her friends. They absolutely loved the side house. It was perfect! Easy to rent a boat at the marina. Just lovely overall. We have already booked our next stay! Also would be perfect for a girls weekend. I might just need to make another reservation.

The hosts were very helpful and communicated with us throughout our entire stay.

This cabin was perfect and beds were comfortable, I recommend bringing your own pillow.

Enjoyed our stay at Rustic Elegance, the layout of the cabin was perfect for 3 couples. had everything we needed. I was great. My second time staying there.

Everyone was great to work with , keeping me informed along the way.

Booking the room was easy and everyone was very nice. Third year coming here.

The stay was great as usual, the room was new to us, but we liked it very much and will be asking for the same one again if its available. Clean and tidy. No issues.
