I only interacted with members of the team via text messages but they were very responsive.

The property was safe and clean and in walking distance of downtown, which is why I chose it. I didnt want to have to pay for parking. It was so nice to park at the property and walk. We even walked to the grocery store and carried everything back in our backpacks.

The communication from team members was clear and easy to follow.

The property was spotless. It had everything you needed in the kitchen. The sheets were soft and beds were comfy.

Gem of the Mountain! A gorgeous property snuggled in a peaceful, serene setting yet close to lots of things to do! The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home and the theatre room was a hit! It was spacious and very clean. We are looking forward to a return stay late Fall.

Overall, it was great. Great communication leading up to our stay, easy to understand instructions, easy access to the building/ room. The room was clean and it was as expected from images on listing. Spacious rooming, great location in townhad easy access to everything. Beautiful window/porch views overlooking the river. Area is pretty quiet. Would definitely return.

We were so pleased with our rental. It was very clean and so roomy. After entering the unit, we didnt realize that we had three floors of a beautiful rental. It was so convenient to walk to everything!!! We really enjoyed the balconies - especially the 2nd floor balcony with wonderful patio furniture, large table & chairs and the starlightts underneath the canopy.

For the most part, our stay was enjoyable. The only issue was the sectional sofa was worn and broken. The staff sent a maintenance guy out, but there was nothing he could do.

We loved the location! We had an excellent view of the river and also a view to the street in front of our cabin. The cabins are centrally located and we walked from one end of the main street to the other. Only needed our car to drive to Unicoi. The unit was well maintained and updated.

We loved our time in Helen celebrating the 4th of July. The property is spacious, clean and easy check in. Great location with river access. This place has all the items you need to grill a delicious dinner with your purchases from Betty's Country Store. We loved being able to walk to everything in town but also just stepping out the backdoor to enjoy the river.

The rental team was very responsive and checked in regularly during our stay.

The property was new, clean and beautifully decorated on theme. My son suffers from a dust mite allergy, so we were happy that he did not have any symptoms at all while he was there. This speaks volumes to the cleanliness of the property. We usually have to perform a special cleaning each time we arrive to our destination. In this cabin, it was not necessary.

We had a party of 12, and we stayed in the Cinna-Bahn- House. It was very clean and organized. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds, the pool table, and the large tv on the bottom floor. The adults enjoyed the large kitchen table for evening games, the hot tub, and the peaceful view of the woods from the deck.

The staff is super sweet and very attentive making sure we had no problems every step of the way!

Lost Soles is a beautiful property right in the middle of town! If you are looking for a touch of nature and close to everything... this is the place!

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin as a family of four. The beds were very comfortable and the cabin had everything we needed for a great long weekend. It was in walking distance to everything in Helen, and nestled along a quiet portion of the river. It was great having a washer & dryer in the cabin as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in Suite 402 at Alpine River Suites. The place was absolutely perfect. The theme was Hollywood and it was decorated well, clean, large bathroom, and back deck. We loved having coffee in the mornings on the back deck, and a glass of wine in the evenings. It was close to everything but still relatively quiet.

This cabin was truly a gem. Everything was so spotless and clean. Everyone had a place to stay, which has been such a hassle trying to find. There were so much fun stuff to do. We especially loved the fire pit outside where we could roast marshmallows and trying to find a Sasquatch that the owners had left. The downstairs movie theater also was fantastic for when we needed a night in. We will be back very soon and can't wait to stay here again!

Wow is all I can say we loved everything about this cute GEM! The large deck was the best part and being out in nature but yet still close to Helen, this home has everything, and the beds were so comfortable to sleep on. The home was spotless when we arrived as well. I can't wait to book my stay for next year!
