Talking with any member before our stay was so easy and always got a quick response.

We stayed in Condo E and it was super nice and cozy. The bathroom and shower was super small. If that had been a little bigger it would have been absolutely perfect. But overall, we loved the condo.

The team kept us informed in a timely manner. They checked to insure we had everything we needed. We a very pleased with the service they provided.

Our stay was pleasant. The house was the perfect size for our family. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. It was clean. Location quiet and private. The only recommendation I have is to restock the kitchen with a new can opener, grater and pans. Several window blinds are broken or missing slates. This wasnt a problem but it looks bad. We will definitely come back.

Camp Bell was a wonderful getaway spot. Indoor space was well-furnished and comfortable. Outdoor space was peaceful and relaxing.

Loved this cabin! With 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms we had plenty of space for everyone! The hot tub was extremely clean! The only negative I would say is that there werent tvs in the upstairs bedrooms, not a deal breaker but if youre a tv watcher at night thats an issue. It came well stocked also. We definitely will be returning!

They were very nice!! We arrived a little early (like 30 minutes) and they said "come in out of the cold".That meant a lot to me since I had my 82 year old mom with me.

We originally booked a condo at Alpine Village, but had to be moved due to the unit being unavailable during our stay. The rental company provided another unit that met all our needs just as well. This unit, RiverHaus on Edelweiss, was clean and provided everything we needed for a short stay. The unit is very close to downtown and everything else we wanted to visit while in Helen.

Nathan was very helpful in finding a property that met our needs. It was very last minute, and he was able to find us a cabin that worked great.

The property was very close to Helen and was right on the river, which was very relaxing and beautiful.

This cabin was beautiful and it looked exactly like the pictures on the website. Everything you need is in the cabin. We will be booking again soon

It was very easy to book. When we noticed the hot tub was leaking, it didn't take long at all for someone to come and check on it. They said a hot tub professional would have to repair it on another day.

The beautiful creek runs right behind the condo. It is about a mile walk to the main part of town. We walked back from town after being dropped off with no problem, as there are sidewalks for most of the way. We all liked that all of the bedrooms had king sized beds, luggage racks, and hair dryers. There was a kitchenette and sitting area in the bottom/basement floor in addition to the kitchen on the main floor. There were both Keurig and regular drip coffee pots, so we could make both regular and decaffeinated coffee. There was salt and pepper there. There were separate towels for the hot tubs (there were two) and bath towels. The back porches are on all three levels of the house. Two of the bathrooms had walk in showers which were beneficial for our parents who are aged 79 and 82. Two of the three are screened in, so that is a nice place to sit out and drink a cup of coffee in the morning.

I had limited contact with the team but the contact I had was top notch! Customer service was great!

Lazy Bear Lodge was incredible! Views and privacy galore! I would seriously consider buying the place if it was for sale!

Each of the employees I worked with through booking and taking care of everything were extremely friendly. I had to call multiple times for different reasons and each time they took care of everything swiftly. Made it very easy to book and pay for everything.

Our cabin was perfectly cozy next to a small river that kept the sounds of water flowing throughout our stay. There were other properties nearby but we were still isolated. Great stay for a weekend getaway.

Dreamcatcher cabin is amazing and was perfect for out family of 4.. It supplied with everything we need to cook!! The hot tub was absolutely fabulous!!
