Booking Notes:You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the North Georgia BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby.
- 21+ age requirement for lead guest. No exceptions.
- This property is not pet-friendly. No exceptions.
- Digital rental agreement will be required to sign and complete after property is booked.
- Georgia fishing license required for fishing on the property. Licenses can be purchased online for as low as $5/day.
Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake.
Helen is a great location for family fun anytime of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. There is something for everyone in Helen; make it your next vacation!

The team was very nice and kind, not to mention very helpful. I actually called them a couple of times prior to booking and then after booking as well. Every time they were very nice and helpful. I liked that I actually could talk with a person and with someone that was helpful. This played a huge decision in why I booked with Cabin Rentals of Helen.

My stay at the Alpine River Suites was very nice and comfortable. I liked the location and loved it backing up to the river. It was very peaceful to be able to sit outside and listen to the water flowing. As for the property it was very clean and overall pretty well kept. Of course, like with all places, there are some areas that need to be fixed, but it was not enough to hinder a good stay. I would like to note, that the images online are stretched and do not accurately show the rooms and furniture. The truth (which was surprising to me) is that the TV in the living room area is a lot bigger than the image shows and the room sizes are actually a lot bigger as well. The bed as many reviews report is rather high off the ground. I did bring a step stool, which helped. Note the picture of the bed makes it look a little lower to the ground than it actually is, being 5'6 I couldn't just sit down on the bed, I had to hop up a little to get on it. However, once there the mattress was very comfortable.

We had a wonderful trip, and the staff at Cabin Rentals of Helen is so friendly and professional. The communication by text and email is excellent. The check-in process was seamless, and things couldn't have been better!

Our unit was exceptionally clean and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our deck overlooking the river, which was accessible from both the living room and bedroom. The electric fireplace was so nice in the evenings, we loved using the gas grills for cooking out one day. The property is very convenient, so close to everything in town, and right around the corner from Bigg Daddy's, our favorite place!

We were visiting Helen for our anniversary and chose cabin rentals for the first time. The cabin was within walking distance to most places . The place was clean and well maintained. Wifi connection was intermittent, but it wasn't a big challenge, and we were able to use cell phone data.
Our overall experience was great.
