Booking Notes:You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the North Georgia BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby.
- 21+ age requirement for lead guest. No exceptions.
- This property is not pet-friendly. No exceptions.
- Digital rental agreement will be required to sign and complete after property is booked.
- Georgia fishing license required for fishing on the property. Licenses can be purchased online for as low as $5/day.
Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake.
Helen is a great location for family fun anytime of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. There is something for everyone in Helen; make it your next vacation!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the condos. The location was the best part, it was within walking distance to the biggest attractions. The condo was spotless and bigger than expected. The view and proximity of the river was lovely.

The Condo was just perfect as advertised. This was our first time in Helen, GA and the unit was within walking distance to the welcome center, restaurants and popular shops. Our favorite thing was the private deck overlooking the river. It was so peaceful and provided a much needed retreat to relax and unwind.

A very clean, comfortable and very spacious. I love the kitchen was large with the an dining area. The porch was a great addition/partially covered with a table and chairs to dine. You can hear the river from the porch and it is about 30 feet away, very shaded. Plus, the condo is just a short walk away from downtown.

The property which my wife and I rented was excellent!! We found it very clean, without any problems, and contained all the kitchen (which is spotless and excellent condition) items needed for cooking and washing of dishes, cutlery, cups, etc. All furniture is in excellent condition and comfortable and we had sufficient supply of clean towels.
The internet service and cable TV services are first rate. The rear covered porch is restful and comfortable and only a short distance to the river. Hot water is plentiful and the walk-in shower is clean and excellent condition. Walking to Main Street is pleasant and close yet far enough not to have crowd noise.
We hope to return to Helen, GA, and stay in the same property or one of the adjoining apartments.

Had a fantastic time in Helen! This unit was well priced and perfect location to walk to everything downtown. Clean well furnished and exactly as described. Bonus was having a full kitchen/dining and a living room with fireplace for the price of a regular hotel room. Bonus was the private deck area overlooking the river! The units were all rented and it was still quiet and relaxing! Slept very well! Would definitely choose this location again for it location and amenities!
