Booking Notes:You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the North Georgia BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby.
- 21+ age requirement for lead guest. No exceptions.
- This property is not pet-friendly. No exceptions.
- Digital rental agreement will be required to sign and complete after property is booked.
- Georgia fishing license required for fishing on the property. Licenses can be purchased online for as low as $5/day.
Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake.
Helen is a great location for family fun anytime of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. There is something for everyone in Helen; make it your next vacation!

One of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in! The mattress was good for a rental and the view of the river was awesome. We also liked that you can walk to downtown from the location we barely drove anywhere the whole trip. Only minor complaint was there was no shower liner so water would splash out of the shower so we had to put towels down. Would absolutely stay here again we had a great time

We had the best weekend celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary! The condo was beautiful and well maintained. It has a great patio with comfy chairs to sit and listen to the river. Although our view was mostly the two cars parked in the back, grills, and tables, we were able to go and get a closer view, and take beautiful pictures of the river.
The AC is about 10 degrees off, so setting it at 60 seemed weird, but other wise you burn up. The movie/hollywood theme was Great! Having a Dollar General near by saved us too!

We had all the info we needed to enter the condo. The rooms were clean and very neat. No unsettling odors. It was quiet and the view of the river from the rear deck was beautiful. All the luxuries of home. Gas grills, picnic tables, deck table and chairs, and relaxing lounge chairs. The kitchen had all one needs to cook in house and the condo was close enough to walk to restaurants, bars and shopping.

My husband and our daughters, age 5 and 6, all thoroughly enjoyed our last minute stay for my birthday weekend! Our small kids enjoyed the pull out couch in the living room with the gorgeous wall of windows overlooking the serene Chattahoochee. The kitchen and bath worked perfectly for us, we especially loved the garden tub! The double sided fireplace was beautiful but didn't give mom & dad complete privacy like we would have preferred. The heated entrance foyer was a nice bonus during our cold winter stay and the back deck is covered and large. We enjoyed that space while the kids played. The location was outstanding, super close to the shops but still serene and private! The park was only one building away and our girls loved exploring the area and playing at the park. The bed is high and that can be a good or bad thing depending upon who you ask but was fairly comfortable.
