Very nice space. Very well equipped with everything someone would need a 2-3 day vacation.

The communications I had were very pleasant and highly responsive. When I had questions, they were answered quickly and concisely. The information provided within every communication was also very detailed and helpful.

The location was amazing! The only thing we noticed is that the microwave did not heat very well, but that did not bother us! The property was very clean and very well decorated, SO CUTE! Our group has decided this is our favorite rental we have ever had in Helen, and we have been coming for over 10 years! We enjoyed our stay very much and absolutely love the property. Rest Ashored home- We had a wonderful time at this spacious nicely decorated property! The main house offered plenty of room for our large group, ensuring we werent on top of each other. The kids loved kayaking, paddleboarding, cornhole, and ping pong. The covered boat slip and pavilion were perfect for rainy afternoons. Plus, the step-free access made it easy for our elderly guest. A quiet cove a few minutes down from the Murray Cove Boat Ramp. Highly recommended!

I did not feel like they cared at all when I asked them to bring us tables.

This place is not for the elderly unless their in great shape. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining room and 1 bedroom. Upstairs is the living room with a small refrigerator and coffee pot and 2nd bedroom. The pictures of the living room on the website are not whats there. It is just 2 sofas and no end table or coffee table to set your drinks on. I called when we arrived to see if they could bring us some end tables or something to put drinks and etc on. I was told they didnt have anything. My husband and I went to Ace and purchased 2 folding tables for $19.00 each. For the money you spend for this rental, you would think they would have offered to do that. My 84 year old mother had a hard time going up and downstairs if she wanted something to eat. We checked out a day early due to this. I was also surprised they didnt have the amenities all other rentals we have been to like an ice maker or a washer and dryer.

It was super easy to work with the team. They were always available by phone and quick to respond by email.

Place was pretty nice. Right on the golf course and close to town.

Alpine Village Condo R was clean, cozy and peaceful.

Even though our viist was interrupted somewhat by Hurricane Nelene, our stay in Helen was terrific. The communications were excellent to include the conversation onsite with some of the cleaning staff who made us much more comfortable as they related information relative to what we could expect. Our unit (501) was awesome! Very clean and the deck overlooked the Chattahoochie River so we could actually watch the affects of the storm as it happened! Our location was very close to everything, so walking was easy. The festhall, if that is your reason to stay there, was a little over a 5 minute walk! We did not utilize the outside grills or picknic tables but therewere plenty there ricght alongside the river.

Excellent location to walk to jusst about anything you like to visit and see in downtown Helen! The unit was located right beside the river and you get an awesome view from your private deck. We even left the door open to listen and relax to from the bedroom. Very clean and excellent communications from the staff and all at a great price!!

I appreciate all the communication prior to the arrival at the condo. Upon arrival the condo was super clean and inviting. Received a text message from the team letting us know if we needed anything they were there for us.

Beautiful condo with a great decks that over looked the River. Everything was clean and up to our standards plenty of room for our family.

The rental was clean, spacious, well appointed, and most importantly, exactly as advertised. It was located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Ours was a reunion of motorcyclists who served together in Heidelberg, Germany in the 1980s. Great parking and security for our motorcycles.

No issues were encountered, and we had a nice quiet stay.

We really enjoyed the house in Helen. It was very clean and very nice. We could hear the stream from the porch and it was wonderful sitting out there in the morning. The road is a bit busy, but property is great.

Allie always promptly responded to my inquiries via the Vrbo app. Also, staying in touch via text was particularly convenient.

Our week-long stay was without incident. Everyone enjoyed their accommodations and the property amenities.
