The Jill is a beautiful house! Very spacious and comfortable for larger families or groups.

We recently stayed at Alpine River Suites #502 and the reservation process and communication for check-in was flawless.

We loved it! We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river and the condo's NASCAR theme. It was an easy walk to downtown and all it had to offer. We would 100% stay at this property again.

I had nothing but great interactions with Cabin Rentals of Helen staff from start to finish. A Cousins Reunion came up amongst conversations with the cousins and I began searching for possible venues in and near Helen, Georgia for a five bedroom/five bathroom venue and Cabin Rentals of Helen came up. I shared the site with the cousins and we booked it. As stated earlier, everything went well from booking to departure.

We had our Cousins Reunion at The Summit and we found everything as advertised. Its secluded, beautiful, well appointed and yet close in enough to see some sites if desired. We opted to stay at the property to reminisce, except for taking a pontoon boat ride around Lake Burton. Everything was functional, although we did have a challenge with the internet and television. It worked out as most of us had Hot Spot capabilities. Also, we were given a late checkout in return. All in all, we had a great time and have already booked a return trip for next year. Yes, we very much recommend The Summit for your getaway. Check the website and you will find everything you need to know. One note of advice - make sure you have a vehicle capable of climbing a rather steep hill upon having unloaded at the cabin which is at the base. That or be in good enough shape to make the trip back and forth. :-)

Quick response time

Everything was great The one shower had low wat r pressure so we used the other shower There was a few noisy nights with people arguing in the middle of the night but not anything you could have done about it as they were in the neighboring parking lot.

Just need to do something about the flood lights on the other condo they shine right in the bedroom window, and the front door has a gap, and you can see the light through the fireplace

This team was wonderful! Very attentive to our needs, keeping in touch and providing the information we needed to have the perfect long weekend in Helen.

The property was great and perfect for a family reunion. We had a group of 10 to include kids and elders. We were spread out on 3 levels of the home. The kids loved that they had their own level with a game room and kitchen. The older crowd was happy with the upper levels where it was quieter. We all loved the hot tub and enjoyed one night around a campfire. Perfect ending to a busy day in Helen.

Great communication!

Nice property, so much room for 2 of us. We enjoyed sitting on the deck each day after we did tubing or hiking. Fun to watch the tubing operation across the street.

Our friends forgot their clothing at the cabin! Fortunately, Nathan from Cabins at Helen was super understanding and helped them organize the retrieval of their items. It was made easy for them and both were extremely thankful for the terrific service they received!

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing at this property. We enjoyed the hot tub, the deck up with a birdseye view of trees, and the cozy cabin.

The condo is located in an exceptionally great location on the river, and it was a well kept, older property. The back deck was my favorite feature, it even had a covered patio and an open area that was not covered. The deck isn't huge but was perfect for my friend and I who simply love to relax, listen to the water and experience the peacefulness. I'd stay there again!
