We loved the condo. I have rheumatoid arthritis and not having any stairs was a plus. The walk in shower helped too. Absolutely loved this condo. Will stay here from now on.

We enjoyed staying at Alpine River Suites being right on the river. Also, enjoyed that the rooms had themes. We stayed in 404 and its theme was Presidents. Property very well maintained, clean, comfortable, and had a full kitchen. Also, we walked out on our deck and walked right out to the river. Also, Octoberfest had started and it was still very quite at 10pm every night.

Team was quick to assist with accessing the unit with kindness and professionalism.

The kitchen had most everything needed to prepare meals. It's always nice when you can grill/cook and enjoy a property as if it was your home

The cabin was close to everything and had everything we needed. It was just my husband and myself. The cabin was big enough for the two of us, but if there was someone in the upstairs (loft), they would not have had privacy. We did enjoy the hot tub and the arcade games downstairs. There was plenty of privacy.

Communications were exceptional. All links worked and were timely.

Great stay and in a perfect location. We came for Oktoberfest and wanted to be close enough to walk the town. The house we stayed in met those expectations and more. If there was one improvement area, I would evaluate the parking area to see how you could widen the parking slots. They are very narrow and leave for little error by those parking near you.

I received all the info needed for door codes, directions, etc... in a very timely manner.

The cleanest vacation rental Ive stayed at. Location is great, its quiet but close enough to walk into town. We didnt even use our car.

The Alpine Village Condo was beautifully designed. It was brand new and so clean.

Booking the rental was easy. I was well informed on the directions to get there and links to things to do in the area.

Exactly as advertised. Remote cabin at the end of a gravel road. Cannot get any closer to the river. Peace and quiet.

Rivers Edge was the perfect rental to celebrate our Anniversary! It is tucked away secluded giving you privacy but also sits right over the river with the best views. So much fun to watch the tubers floating by, the hot tub on the deck was perfect, cabin had everything you needed and its not a far walk to town. We would definitely recommend to anyone considering and will be back!

The dream catcher was not very crab. The flash lights that batteries that corroded all the way out to the lens. The ceiling fans had dust on them. The housekeeper did not dust at all the ceiling fans.. The remote to the central air upstairs was missing the back plate. The decking was rotting out the end of steps it needed some work and the steps going out to the back porch needed to be replaced. There was massive spiderwebs and spiders everywhere. The housekeeper did not even have the decency to clean the cobwebs at all before we came plus the front porch chairs. We couldn't sit down because they were nasty.. The hot tub had no chemicals in it at all. But as soon as you walked in, it was very musty, moldy smell like it got no air. It was mold. I don't know what it was.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable. There were ample supplies for our stay and in good condition. Plenty of hot water for showers. The condo was also in a great location that we were able to walk to downtown and the local restaurants. We took 2 of our grandchildren in their teens and they LOVED the Mountain Roller Coaster Ride, Mindscape, Escape Room!! Lots of shopping of course! The village is absolutely beautiful and we would love to go back one day!

Well informed about how to enter the property. Property is as advertised and easy walk to all downtown Helen attractions. Right on accessible part of Chattahoochee River.

The Dreamcatcher property was perfect for a holiday weekend getaway. It was well supplied with everything we needed (except bug repellent which we forgot). Hot tub was nice and private. Furniture was comfy. TV was a smart TV so we could stream stuff over the wifi.

The process was extremely easy to do. They provide all the information about the progress online and provide constant emails. I never meet the people in person but the process was seamless. They clean the cabin before I got their and it it well organized.

The cabin was beautiful and had an old feel to it. It contains almost everything you need to fell at home. I enjoyed being able to cook a home cooked meal when needed. I felt as the place was my home away from home.

We had a good experience working with the folks that managed the property

We enjoyed our stay, the view was fantastic. The driveway was a little steep, lots of mud in cul-de-sak due to some construction and LOTS os rain. We did end up parking most of the cars in the cul-de-sak (even though the HOA sign threatened possible towing) because of the steepness and mud. Overall it was a very positive experience and would rent there again in a heartbeat. We do recommend it, the view is great. Was a very comfortable place to stay.

This place is exactly as advertised and a great cabin! There are plenty of amenities for everyone that stayed with us. The cabin is beautiful and a great space for young kids. It was a bonus that they had children utensils and dinnerware as well as a highchair and a gate to block the stairs. The only negative we had was the guard did not have our information upon arrival. Thankfully, we arrived before 6p.m. and the property manager quickly sent them the information via e-mail.
