The main level boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious great room with living room and dining area, and a porch with both open and screened-in areas. The kitchen is beautifully designed with new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, and a large island with a bar and built-in stove/range combo. The living room has an impressive wood vaulted ceiling, a gas fireplace to keep everyone toasty, and comfortable leather couches for the family to relax on. You can also easily access the deck for BBQing on the gas grill or relaxing in the hot tub under the string bulb lights
In addition to the accommodating main level, both upper and lower levels add more space for the family to spread out. The upper level features a loft with a bird’s eye view of the great room and an entertainment center with a Playstation 3 for the kids to play. Right next to the loft common area is the kids’ guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom. The lower level features a family and game room combo along with 2 full bedrooms and baths.

Our stay at Rest and Be Thankful was exactly that! We had 3 generations of riders and had amazing shower, living space to enjoy each others company and prepare for the next day ride. ALL beds were so comfortable, we all gasped at the thought they were all perfect for each of us. Kitchen space was stocked with all we needed and more. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor space at this cabin. We will definitely be back again with the next generation! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The property is beautiful everything is comfortable, however I have a couple of suggestions: add some kitchen towels, pot holders, dishwasher detergent, maybe some Tupperware with some lids. also Let guest know that you only have a keurig coffee maker, so people know what kind of Coffee to bring. And I dont know if you could give out the back gate code, but that would be extremely helpful. The place is clean and exactly as stated, it is comfortable and well equip Except for the things that I mentioned above.

Rest and Be Thankful was the perfect place to stay in Helen. The location could not have been better with the mountain views and a quick drive to downtown. The weather was cold and raining on our trip but the accommodations were warming and welcoming. The cabin was very spacious, bring and clean. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Helen, GA.

Fantastic home for our vacation; close to town, close to hiking, and set up for an enjoyable getaway. We were a party of six adults and had plenty of room, with an unused bedroom upstairs. Whether we were relaxing in the hot tub, sitting in front of the fireplace, enjoying coffee on the deck, or surfing the internet, this home was truly accommodating. There is so much to do in the local area. We stayed for four days and barely scratched the surface of Helen and the surrounding towns; wineries, horseback riding, pottery shops, great eclectic restaurants, and tons of N. GA mountain character. We enjoyed our visit and we will definitely be back again!

Nice spacious home that we fit 7 people comfortably. In a good location close to town. The home was cozy and had all the things you need from kitchen, laundry room to hot tub, fireplace and games which makes for a nice family vacation. It was ideal both bedrooms downstairs had full bathroom and closet, then master on the main, top floor perfect for kids to share between the bedroom, loft and big bathroom. We will look forward to our next visit another time in this nice home.

BOUNCY HOUSES/INFLATABLES- No Bouncy Houses or Inflatables of any kind are permitted inside of Innsbruck or at any Cabin Rentals of Helen Property
NOISE ORDINANCE/QUIET TIME-
NO NOISE AFTER 10 PM. The Community strictly enforces a 10:00 pm to 7:00 am noise curfew. Noise over 70 dcb is subject to the Helen City noise ordinance. The Helen Police Department will address excessive noise of any kind including loud vehicles, talking or shouting loudly, or music emanating from any home, which results in complaints.
REGISTERED GUESTS
You are not allowed to have more than the registered
guest at the home at any given time.
VEHICLES AND PARKING
Only registered vehicles are permitted to be in the driveway at the property you have reserved.
Parking is permitted in designated driveway spaces, as some homes have fewer than four available spaces. No street parking is permitted in the Innsbruck Community. All vehicles must clearly display an Innsbruck Rental Pass. Vehicles without proper identification will be required to leave the community immediately.
IF YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE RULES, Cabin Rentals of Helen reserves the right to contact Helen Police Department Immediately. Upon Helen PD being dispatched, there will be an automatic $250 fine for disturbing the piece. Cabin Rentals of Helen reserves the right to enforce immediate eviction of the property if the violation(s) are not resolved after the initial action is taken.
Check-In / Check-Out
Please note: All Innsbruck guests must pass through the gate to enter. It is imperative that you provide correct vehicle information on your signed rental agreement. You can update this as needed but please do so in a timely manner so that no problems will arise. The gate closes at 10PM every day so if you foresee arriving later than 10PM, please contact our office for after hours instructions.
Payment
• All properties located in the Innsbruck gated golf community have access to the Sports Complex and IGLS pool & clubhouse. Please note: the community pool does NOT open until Memorial Day weekend.
PET RULES
• Pets are NOT allowed. A $250 penalty fee will be billed if a pet is found to be on property.
