The team, from the guard at the community entry, to the lady in the phone, were asked polite and helpful.

The cabin was specious and well accessorised. The kitchen was big and there were several places to eat and hang out. The place was clean and well maintained. The decor was lovely. There was not enough shampoo, paper towels, and trash bags, but those were brought to us once we requested them. Overall we had a wonderful time and plan to come back.

First time booking a cabin and this place made it very easy and seamless. We really enjoyed the experience and will definitely book again!

The property was perfect, located by a stream and had a fire pit. It's was supplied with enough items for cooking which made meals very convenient. Fresh flowers and dish soap made the kitchen pleasant and prepared.

Everyone we spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable.

We loved this cozy little hideaway! Our little girl was so sad to leave she hugged all the furniture and said goodbye to each room with tears in her eyes.

Knott's Landing was an awesome location. Literally woke up and fished everyday of the stay. Kids loved the boating access. A lot to do there on site but its convenient to Helen and Cleveland, Ga.

Perfect size for our group! Perfect location! We loved the proximity to Helen but we werent right in the middle of the town.

Registration was very easy. When I had difficulty reading the Terms & Conditions (on a tablet), I let them know and they immediately sent them in a different format.

This was our first stay in Helen, but after driving and walking around, I see that we really lucked out with this place. It was clean, plenty of space for two couples, plus 2 levels of porches that overlook a lazy stretch of the river. It made me wish that we had built in more down time, so that I could just relax on our balcony and enjoy the peace and beauty. Helen is a busy and sometimes crowded place, but this place is in a quiet corner of town.

The rental process was easy and straightforward.

I didnt get an email or message from the platform I booked through, so I had to call and get that through the after hours number. The lady I talked with was very helpful and was able to get me the info needed quickly.

The place was amazing. Clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The only issue we found was the timer for the grill was just turning and not actually starting the timer. The knob is stripped. I just turned the rod and started it to use the grill.

Communication was easy throughout booking and our stay

This home has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It is close enough to town to have conveniences but removed enough to have privacy and peace. There are so many great hiking spots nearby. The property and the views are amazing. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back.

The customer service team kept us updated on when maintenance would be arriving and updated through out the process

We stayed at Alpine River Suites, #504. Nice room, very clean. Nice balcony with River view. Loved sitting on the balcony drinking my coffee watching the tubers go by.

Excellent. When we got to the condo and realized we forgot to print our parking pass for the condo, the office gladly printed them for us to come pick up.

Comfy, pleasant residence. We thoroughly enjoyed resting in the living areas as well as sleeping in the bedrooms. Mattresses were comfortable. Supplies were adequate. House was clean.
