This amazing property is totally surrounded by the beautiful National Forest. With plenty of outdoor seating to listen to the sound of the rushing water of the waterfalls on the property, you can gaze out at the water as it cascades over large moss-covered boulders and feel the magic around you! Light up the propane grill on the deck, throw on some steaks, and pour yourself a glass of wine from one of the nearby wineries. This home is close to The Ruins at Kellum Valley Farm, a very unique North Georgia wedding venue.House Rules:
- Due to liability issues, families with children under 15 years old will need to reserve this property through a booking agent.
- This property is not pet-friendly. No exceptions.
- Digital rental agreement will be required to sign and complete after property is booked.
- Firewood not supplied.
- Tubes/kayaks not supplied.
- Georgia fishing license required for fishing on the property. Licenses can be purchased online for as low as $5/day.
The area is perfect for hiking in the national forest. Come home to this peaceful cabin and relax in the outdoor hot tub. Breathe in the cool mountain air and watch the stars twinkle in the night sky. Or enjoy the indoors and play a game of pool in the game room while your guests sit around the large built in stone bar. Satellite TV is available to watch your favorite shows and WiFi is provided for keeping in touch with the outside world - that is if you want to!
Falling Waters at Mustang Creek can be rented during any season. Imagine this beautiful property in winter with snow and icicles on the waterfalls. Visit Alpine Helen, only 10 miles away, and enjoy one of Helen's signature restaurants. In summer time, the kids and adults can tube on the Chattahoochee or Dad can try his hand at fly fishing! The fall season is a beautiful time of year to enjoy the changing leaf colors and Oktoberfest in Helen is an event not to be missed.

This house was just what we needed for an unplugged getaway. The house is spacious and charming and the view is absolutely stunning. Everything we needed was available in the home. We loved hiking and exploring the nearby towns all day and then coming back to play pool and recharge in the hot tub. We will definitely be back!

This property was like a fairytale. Close enough to easily explore the area, while still having enough seclusion to completely relax and immerse yourself in nature. The pool table and wifi were great to entertain with a teenager while we waited out stormy weather, but my favorite activity was to sit by the creek with a book and my feet up on the fire pit! The hot tub at sunset, with fireflies lighting up the treeline, was the perfect way to end each adventure-filled day! The tranquility brought by the sounds of the creek, waterfall, and critters was amazing. The only downfall was that we had to leave.

If you love the sound of rushing waters this is the cabin for you. I absolutely love just sitting on the porch eating dinner or reading a book and listening to the waterfall. The cabin had everything you could need, was very clean, and easy to find. We will definitely be staying here again.

It was a beautiful, secluded spot for a 15th anniversary getaway. The constant sound of the waterfall right behind the cabin was extremely calming. We would have been happy just sitting outside on one of the multiple decks watching the waterfall and all of the colorful leaves fall!

Location, location, location!! What a view we had. The day we left it was floods everywhere, which made for fast rushing water of the falls!! The second day was pretty but the waterfalls were still breathtaking but we did decide to venture out to Helen to get our annual old time pics made but we rushed back to our little getaway cabin. Our last day it snowed which made the property even more beautiful than what it was. The snow at this location made for such a Memorial Day for us!!! The snow on the fire pit, the snow on the waterfalls!! Oh my we got to experience it all in 3 and half days!! This will forever be where we come back every year!!
