The condo was immaculately clean. The floor plan was unusual but spacious. The river in the backyard and the porch were lovely and the location was all that we wanted it to be.

The team members I dealt with were responsive, even after hours. The woman that assisted us through an issue with our booking was great and resolved our problem.

Really nice place to stay. Cabin was great, two full bedrooms,Queen with 2 Bunk Beds and other with King, both had full baths. Kitchen and family room area was just right. Outdoor grill and fire pit made the stay extra nice. Really quiet and relaxing.

This was my first time booking this way and it was amazing. Everything went very smooth. After I booked the host messaged me all of the necessary information.

The Condo was just perfect as advertised. This was our first time in Helen, GA and the unit was within walking distance to the welcome center, restaurants and popular shops. Our favorite thing was the private deck overlooking the river. It was so peaceful and provided a much needed retreat to relax and unwind.

The one time I had a question, Allie was very responsive and gave me the answers I needed!

This property is located in a great location from Helen downtown and 40 mins from dahlanoga and 10 minutes from anna ruby falls. The property accoomodates 10 people easily and was very well equipped with everything we needed. I would book again if i am back in Helen.

The staff was amazing from the first phone call to the end of our stay. The most relaxing vacation we have ever taken and that's because the staff took care of all our needs. The cabin was beautiful and very clean,we will definitely use you again and will happily recommend you to friends and family.

The location was very private even though there were other cabins right next door. It seemed as if you had a slice of the mountains all to yourself. We were extremely pleased with our cabin. We are already planning our next visit.

Property was excellent the whole family and kids loved the cabin. The property was well decorated and had plenty of amenities for us to enjoy. Location was great as it was 30 minutes from most areas you wanted to visit.

The team was very nice and kind, not to mention very helpful. I actually called them a couple of times prior to booking and then after booking as well. Every time they were very nice and helpful. I liked that I actually could talk with a person and with someone that was helpful. This played a huge decision in why I booked with Cabin Rentals of Helen.

My stay at the Alpine River Suites was very nice and comfortable. I liked the location and loved it backing up to the river. It was very peaceful to be able to sit outside and listen to the water flowing. As for the property it was very clean and overall pretty well kept. Of course, like with all places, there are some areas that need to be fixed, but it was not enough to hinder a good stay. I would like to note, that the images online are stretched and do not accurately show the rooms and furniture. The truth (which was surprising to me) is that the TV in the living room area is a lot bigger than the image shows and the room sizes are actually a lot bigger as well. The bed as many reviews report is rather high off the ground. I did bring a step stool, which helped. Note the picture of the bed makes it look a little lower to the ground than it actually is, being 5'6 I couldn't just sit down on the bed, I had to hop up a little to get on it. However, once there the mattress was very comfortable.
