The team kept me updated prior to our arrival regarding our stay. An hour before arrival I was given the entry code for the property per email. The team was very efficient.

The condo was well appointed. Enjoyed the view of the river and walkability to downtown. The fireplace was appreciated on the cold evenings. Bed was comfortable and the condo was very clean. I would recommend staying here.

I am thoroughly impressed with the sufficient amount of clear and concise communication via text and emails leading up to the day of rental and departure date keeping me informed of what to expect along with reminders. With this rental company, you are not treated as a number.

Our stay at the beautiful farmhouse was wonderful for or family of 8 (6 adults, 2 children). Everything met our needs and more! Easily accommodated all of us. Dining room was great for gaming too. Loved being able to see the horses in the pasture each day! Beds are comfy and bathrooms are nice and spacious.

Our family stayed at this incredible home for Thanksgiving, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The house was absolutely stunningbeautifully decorated with high-quality furnishings, warm and cozy vibes, and even a Christmas tree to celebrate the holidays! Every detail was so thoughtfully considered, from the layout (perfect for a large family) to the excellent amenities that made us feel right at home. The kitchen was so well-stocked, it had everything we needed and more, making it easy to cook our Thanksgiving feast. The views were breathtaking, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. They even went the extra mile by leaving a coffee shop gift card for guests, which made us feel incredibly invited and appreciated. We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Its clear the hosts put so much care into ensuring their guests have an amazing experience. Were already looking forward to coming back somedaythis place is truly a gem!

We stayed in Condo E and it was super nice and cozy. The bathroom and shower was super small. If that had been a little bigger it would have been absolutely perfect. But overall, we loved the condo.

The team kept us informed in a timely manner. They checked to insure we had everything we needed. We a very pleased with the service they provided.

Our stay was pleasant. The house was the perfect size for our family. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. It was clean. Location quiet and private. The only recommendation I have is to restock the kitchen with a new can opener, grater and pans. Several window blinds are broken or missing slates. This wasnt a problem but it looks bad. We will definitely come back.

Communication with the Cabin Rentals of Helen team was easy via text and email.

Camp Bell was a wonderful getaway spot. Indoor space was well-furnished and comfortable. Outdoor space was peaceful and relaxing.

Loved this cabin! With 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms we had plenty of space for everyone! The hot tub was extremely clean! The only negative I would say is that there werent tvs in the upstairs bedrooms, not a deal breaker but if youre a tv watcher at night thats an issue. It came well stocked also. We definitely will be returning!

They were very nice!! We arrived a little early (like 30 minutes) and they said "come in out of the cold".That meant a lot to me since I had my 82 year old mom with me.

We originally booked a condo at Alpine Village, but had to be moved due to the unit being unavailable during our stay. The rental company provided another unit that met all our needs just as well. This unit, RiverHaus on Edelweiss, was clean and provided everything we needed for a short stay. The unit is very close to downtown and everything else we wanted to visit while in Helen.

Nathan was very helpful in finding a property that met our needs. It was very last minute, and he was able to find us a cabin that worked great.

This cabin was beautiful and it looked exactly like the pictures on the website. Everything you need is in the cabin. We will be booking again soon
