Had never used VRBO before or stayed in a short term rental, always a hotel. But this experience was so easy and it was nothing short of a perfect experience using this service from start to finish. We would definitely do this again.

The property was beautiful! The house was perfect for the three couples that stayed here. We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms which allowed all of us to have some privacy. Although we spent much of our time at the Oktoberfest, the time we spent at the house was a peaceful place to unwind from a busy day. Loved sitting on the back deck early mornings to listen to the sounds of nature and at night. Such a quiet area. It was so nice to see the deer come in to feed and we also saw a bear! Plenty of room in this house to spread out, comfortable furniture and was very clean. There was nothing that I would say was a negative. The only caution I have is that there are plenty of stairs and if anyone had any mobility issues this may not be the house for you. It was also a very interesting drive up that mountain to get to the property. Slow going on the windy, curvy road but it also provided us the opportunity to watch for wildlife and it's where we were so excited to see a bear cross the road in front of us. Beautiful house and location, loved it!

We reached out to the team a couple of times and they were quick to get back with us on how we should take care of the situation.

House was just what we needed for our family. Really enjoyed the 2 story space for our family of 7. The location is <5 minute ride through the neighborhood, that then puts you out directly into Helen. We had debated on bringing bikes to ride in the neighborhood, but glad we did not, since all roads were steep and windy mountain roads. One thing to note, there are 2 gates for this neighborhood. This house was closer to the back gate, but that gate was not accessible for us to use, so you do have to go through the front gate in and out. Don't start your GPS to an outside location until after you have made it to the front gate, or it might direct you to the back gate.
The bottom floor was a highlight for our family, specifically my 8 and 11 year old girls - with a pool and foosball table. The lower half of the house also stays a bit cooler than the top half. If you are cold natured, you may want to bring a few snuggly blankets along. We even used the hot tub to relax our muscles after a LONG hike at the Raven Cliff Falls trail.
There were plenty of dishes and some basic spices for cooking - in upstairs kitchen. The propane grill outside worked well for my hubby to cook us up some wings.
Overall, we had an amazing time at the house and made many memories.

Had a wonderful stay on the property. The entire family thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the home. Pool and foosball were a big hit with the kids. Home is roomy and was spotless on our initial entry. Furniture and beds are comfortable and windows allow indoor light. Nice deck overlooking the woods for a peaceful sitting. Plenty of televisions for those rainy days. WLAN worked flawlessly.

Eagles Nest is a lovely property. Very clean and roomy. There are 4 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and 4 full bathrooms. 2 bedrooms upstairs on the main floor with the kitchen and living room and 2 bedrooms were downstairs next to the game room and kitchenette. Each floor had its own thermostat, which came in handy since the bottom floor was much colder then the main floor. 2 hot water heaters meant plenty of hot water for everyone to shower with. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast at the cabin each morning. The property is up on the mountain overlooking Helen, GA. Some roads were steep and the driveway is steep. My family and I would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful time.

HITCHED TRAILERS- No Hitched trailers of any kind are allowed- You cannot enter through the guard gate with a trailer, even to unload. No boat trailers, boats, travel trailers, inoperative automobiles, campers.
BOUNCY HOUSES/INFLATABLES- No Bouncy Houses or Inflatables of any kind are permitted inside of Innsbruck or at any Cabin Rentals of Helen Property
NOISE ORDINANCE/QUIET TIME-
NO NOISE AFTER 10 PM. The Community strictly enforces a 10:00 pm to 7:00 am noise curfew. Noise over 70 dcb is subject to the Helen City noise ordinance. The Helen Police Department will address excessive noise of any kind including loud vehicles, talking or shouting loudly, or music emanating from any home, which results in complaints.
REGISTERED GUESTS
You are not allowed to have more than the registered
guest at the home at any given time.
VEHICLES AND PARKING
Only registered vehicles are permitted to be in the driveway at the property you have reserved.
Parking is permitted in designated driveway spaces, as some homes have fewer than four available spaces. No street parking is permitted in the Innsbruck Community. All vehicles must clearly display an Innsbruck Rental Pass. Vehicles without proper identification will be required to leave the community immediately.
IF YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE RULES, Cabin Rentals of Helen reserves the right to contact Helen Police Department Immediately. Upon Helen PD being dispatched, there will be an automatic $250 fine for disturbing the piece. Cabin Rentals of Helen reserves the right to enforce immediate eviction of the property if the violation(s) are not resolved after the initial action is taken.

Please note: All Innsbruck guests must pass through the gate to enter. It is imperative that you provide correct vehicle information on your signed rental agreement. You can update this as needed but please do so in a timely manner so that no problems will arise. The gate closes at 10PM every day so if you foresee arriving later than 10PM, please contact our office for after hours instructions.

- 50% payment is due at checkout for bookings further than 15 days out.
- 2nd 50% payment due 15 days before arrival.
