Waterfall Cabin is all you ever wanted in a perfect mountain cabin, only 5 miles from Helen! How will you decide what to do with your vacation time first?
Explore the woods & creek and be delighted by the waterfall! Or enjoy a glass of wine seated around the outdoor firepit, the kids will enjoy roasting marshmallows & making Smores!
Make sure to take time to relax in the hot tub after a day of exploring Helen or hiking one of the many area trails at Smithgall Woods, Dukes Creek, Raven Cliffs and many more.
Enjoy the delightfully decorated screened porch with beautiful wicker furniture and a TV screen for your enjoyment. Cook your steaks on the outdoor deck gas grill & enjoy a meal under the stars at the table provided.
Waterfall Cabin has been beautifully & lovingly decorated. There is a large spacious kitchen, with french door refrigerator, dishwasher and a Keurig Duo coffee maker in a delightful separate coffee station area.
The living room is large and full of light with hardwood floors & area rugs and a gas fireplace for cool evenings.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor with it's own gas log fireplace and TV hung on the wall.
The master bath has a spacious walk in shower and separate tub. You will find so many ways to relax at Waterfall Cabin you will never want to leave! After you've explored inside step outside and look at all the possibilities for fun and relaxation. Relax in the large 7-person hot tub under the stars.

- 50% down payment to reserve cabin (unless promotion applies)
- Specials may apply as low as $99 down with a payment plan arranged
- Balance due 15 days prior to arrival
- Directions and Check in Instructions are mailed 5 days prior to arrival with a zero balance & completed rental agreement
- We honor early arrivals only if schedule permits; additional fees may apply
- GPS directions are not recommended after dark
- We honor late departures only if schedule permits; additional fees may apply
- The Damage Protection Fee depends on the size of the property.
- A $25, $55, or $75 non-refundable damage waiver is added to every reservation. This waiver will cover up to $700 for accidental or inadvertent damages. This is only applicable if the damages are reported at the time of the incident.
- Credit Card - Must Remain On File for Damages Exceeding $700.
- Larger Cabins or Rentals may require additional security deposits; please inquire.
- Travel Insurance Recommended; please review Travel Insurance Coverage.
- Bring your own firewood for the firepit (not supplied).
- Please NO food, wood, or other objects placed in Electric fireplace.
- Firewood can be purchased at nearby grocery and convenience stores.
- Pets are NOT allowed.

- No smoking allowed within 50 ft of dwelling
- Provided by a Certified, Bonded, Licensed, and CPO Hot Tub and Management Team
- We take pride in the cleanliness of rentals with no exception.
- Each Cabin Rental has an assigned personal housekeeper for your specific needs.
- Courtesy starter kit provided with each rental: paper towels, bath tissue, trash bags, dish detergent and tabs, bath soaps, shampoos, lotion, and hand soap
- All Rentals are supplied with Towels and Linens (Amount Provided is based upon Published Maximum Occupancy)
