Located in the beautiful mountains of Helen, Georgia, this delightful 4-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath custom built vacation home offers the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment, for the family to enjoy a luxury mountain getaway. Named for our 2024 Kentucky Derby horse, Catalytic, the home is adorned with custom equine art that pays homage to our love of these magnificent animals.
Professionally decorated with attention to every detail, this spacious 3 level home is perfect for families looking for a place to make memories that will last a lifetime.
When you enter on the main level the open concept chef’s kitchen with stainless appliances and oversized granite island opens into a large living area with 20ft ceilings and a custom electric fireplace. Through large sliding glass doors is an oversized balcony with outdoor seating that overlooks the 7th hole of the beautiful Valhalla golf resort.
The upper level has 3 luxury guest bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed with an en suite bathroom with soaking tub and the other 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bath with soaking tub. Also on this level is a theater room with seating for 8 and a 75 inch TV with streaming apps and integrated high end sound system perfect for family movie nights.
The lower level is a retreat all its own with a second master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom with a soaking tub. The lower level also has a living area/game room with a poker/chess table, skee ball machine, and ping pong table. The lower level also boasts a second kitchen which leads to the outdoor patio with a table for 8 perfect for outdoor meals cooked up on the patio's propane grill.
The custom-built fire pit is a great place for the family to unwind after a day exploring the mountains, sharing a cocktail, and making s’mores while enjoying an evening under the stars.
Catalytic is just a few minutes drive from the charming center of Helen where you can enjoy one of a kind shops, local eateries, and outdoor activities.

This is an adults only getaway property for responsible adults 25+
Innsbruck is a FAMILY COMMUNITY, please do not proceed with your reservation process if you are looking for a PARTY community.
Quiet time is strictly enforced at 10pm and the community is patrolled by Helen Police Department, for your safety and quickly available for any of your needs. Noise control is enforced after 10pm. We ask guests to enjoy the inside of your rental after 10pm and if outside, keep noise to a minimum. Innsbruck Golf Community has long-term residents; we must share the fun Innsbruck offers. Innsbruck has much to offer with amazing Golf. This course never disappoints.
A digital rental agreement will be sent to be completed and signed after the property is booked, as well as a photo of your ID obtained. At this point, you become the lead guest. A guest list will be obtained, along with names, ages, and vehicle information. Vehicle Max 4 for "Catalytic" Parking. This guest list is sent to the Innsbruck Guard House. This list needs to be accurate upon your arrival. Please contact Innsbruck Guard House at 706-878-3790 if your vehicle information changes before arrival, example rental car information. You will be given a pass to place on dashboard throughout your stay.
Firepit must be extinguished with water after each use and must not be left unattended while burning. Adult supervision Required Firewood is not supplied.
Wi-Fi, Highspeed Kinetic Fiber Optic Internet, Smart TVs w/ Streaming Apps
Trash rules, all our Innsbruck homes are supplied with a Bear Proof Trash Box. Trash must be properly placed into these boxes and if you are staying for extended times, please contact management through chat.
