Third Master bedroom on second level with waterfront view with king bed and twin trundle bed that sleeps two. All new furnishings throughout the house with all the comforts of home including well equipped kitchen. Satellite TV, Smart TV’s and Wi-Fi internet connection are available. Gas burning fireplace in the Family room and electric fireplaces in each bedroom for cozy nights indoors or gather around the fire-pit outside. Boathouse with covered and exposed deck for sunbathing and outdoor dining. Swimming and fishing right off of dock. Playroom with ping pong, indoor shuffleboard table, pac man, TV. LaPrade's Marina & Anchorage Marina will rent boats and store boats. Visit Moccasin Creek Fish Hatchery to fish, not far from the Appalachian Trail. Contact La Prades Marina for launching and overnight boat slip information. Launch fees are $5 per day. To leave a boat on a trailer at La Prades there is a cost of $10 daily or the cost of an overnight slip is $25 nightly. LaPrade's is located at 25 Shoreline Trail, Clarkesville, GA 30523.
