• 5 Vehicle Limit: Partly gravel road - SUV, truck, normal sedans OK (lowly suspended sports and luxury cars not recommended)
• Digital rental agreement will be required to sign and complete after property is booked.
• The road to The Summit is a gravel mountain road with some steeper inclines. It is recommended that the road not be used after dark.

I had nothing but great interactions with Cabin Rentals of Helen staff from start to finish. A Cousins Reunion came up amongst conversations with the cousins and I began searching for possible venues in and near Helen, Georgia for a five bedroom/five bathroom venue and Cabin Rentals of Helen came up. I shared the site with the cousins and we booked it. As stated earlier, everything went well from booking to departure.

We had our Cousins Reunion at The Summit and we found everything as advertised. Its secluded, beautiful, well appointed and yet close in enough to see some sites if desired. We opted to stay at the property to reminisce, except for taking a pontoon boat ride around Lake Burton. Everything was functional, although we did have a challenge with the internet and television. It worked out as most of us had Hot Spot capabilities. Also, we were given a late checkout in return. All in all, we had a great time and have already booked a return trip for next year. Yes, we very much recommend The Summit for your getaway. Check the website and you will find everything you need to know. One note of advice - make sure you have a vehicle capable of climbing a rather steep hill upon having unloaded at the cabin which is at the base. That or be in good enough shape to make the trip back and forth. :-)

We enjoyed our stay, the view was fantastic. The driveway was a little steep, lots of mud in cul-de-sak due to some construction and LOTS os rain. We did end up parking most of the cars in the cul-de-sak (even though the HOA sign threatened possible towing) because of the steepness and mud. Overall it was a very positive experience and would rent there again in a heartbeat. We do recommend it, the view is great. Was a very comfortable place to stay.

We stayed at The Summit, and it was just what we hoped for. The cabin was very large (easily sleep 12-15) for just the 4 of us, but we had an incredible time. The views simply cannot be beat and enjoyed our daily coffee listening to all the birds waking up. So much you can do in the area that a week really isn't enough time, therefor we will be coming back next year. Definitely prepare yourself for all the mounted wildlife in the cabin as it's a bit overkill, but after a few days you really don't notice it anymore.

Our stay was great! This house fit our 12 adults perfectly with room to spare. Full bathrooms on all levels worked well for those with mobility issues. Tons of storage and kitchen space. We will definitely stay here again!
Two notes: Brace yourself for the taxidermy. It is everywhere. Having the Dish Network guy show up at 7:30am on Saturday was not ideal but everything else was perfect!

It was a very clean and beautifully decorated. It was well stocked with every thing that you could possibly need. It is really like being at home away from home. Plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, pot, pans, bowls and anything else that you would have in your own kitchen at home. There was even a few spices, oil, salt and pepper. There are towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels, hair dryer, soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and even a hair dryer. It has sheets, pillowcases, and pillows. It has throws to sit under while watching one of several televisions. It has a really nice huge refrigerator, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. It even has a grill. The place is really decorated so nice.It has a really nice hot tub out on the deck. It is absolutely beautiful with the most amazing views. I would highly recommend this place and plan on coming back to stay again
