The property was clean and just as advertised. The *two* balcony views were amazing and the location to the river couldnt be beat! It was a little slice of paradise.

A very clean, comfortable and very spacious. I love the kitchen was large with the an dining area. The porch was a great addition/partially covered with a table and chairs to dine. You can hear the river from the porch and it is about 30 feet away, very shaded. Plus, the condo is just a short walk away from downtown.

The property was exactly what I was looking for! The views were perfect and everything was very clean. It had everything stocked so I only needed to bring food. Very happy with my stay!!!

The reservationist was the only interaction I had with Cabin Rentals of Helen but she was friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, it was pretty quiet by the river and we were still walking distance from everything.

The team made sure we were all set and emailed and texted us regarding our stay, the door codes, etc.

We had the best weekend celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary! The condo was beautiful and well maintained. It has a great patio with comfy chairs to sit and listen to the river. Although our view was mostly the two cars parked in the back, grills, and tables, we were able to go and get a closer view, and take beautiful pictures of the river. The AC is about 10 degrees off, so setting it at 60 seemed weird, but other wise you burn up. The movie/hollywood theme was Great! Having a Dollar General near by saved us too!

Our stay was above excellent. We were right by the tubing area and lots of other attractions. The view was amazing from the balcony. Our condo C was very beautiful inside & I highly recommend.

The staff was very helpful with any questions I had, but did not need any additional assistance once we arrived to the property.

The Overlook at Lake Burton was exactly that, it had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains across the lake. The moon was so bright at night while we enjoyed a fire in the beautiful fire pit. The overlook was very peaceful and we enjoyed our stay, will definitely want to come back to relax.

Seamless process, everything was done online and by email. Information was provided in a timely manner. Easy to work with.

Retreat 52 is a beautiful home with lots of space and great location. Unfortunately it rained the whole the week we were there and unable to do the outdoor activities. However we were able to enjoy the cabin which had a game room with a pool table, Foosball table and board games. The backyard is beautiful and scenery is gorgeous. Location is perfect to all the things in town you'd want to do and see.

The property had a great amount of linens, beds, and bathrooms. The driveway was tricky tight and parking limited.

This house was just what we needed for an unplugged getaway. The house is spacious and charming and the view is absolutely stunning. Everything we needed was available in the home. We loved hiking and exploring the nearby towns all day and then coming back to play pool and recharge in the hot tub. We will definitely be back!

Elk Manor is a beautiful property in a quiet area right on the river. Beautiful and comfortable. Everything you need is right there.

We loved our stay in the Coca-Cola themed unit! Check in was so smooth with keyless entry upon arrival. The unit was extremely clean & just as described. The view of the river was awesome.

The house is clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked, the dining room had seating for our whole family, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The yard is well kept and the fire pit area was a nice place to relax at the end of the day.
