This home is is very comfortable and the location is great. There are a few things that should be addressed. One is the internet service, I understand intermitten service but most of us had no service at all. This made making plans very difficult or even reaching out with issues impossible as we had to leave the house in order to make any calls. The pans had been burned to a crisp there was no way to use them for anything we ended up having to go buy a pan in order to make breakfast. The Pool was not open even tho we had been told that it would be open during our visit. This created a bit of an issue with the younger kid and what we had planned.

This beautiful place feels just like home and even better! Hosts thought of everything to enjoy your stay. Kitchen FULLY stocked, beds are dreamy, games, fire pit, you name it! We are definitely planning to come back; so close to Helen and mountain views are spectacular! Thank you!

The condo was clean, great location of the downtown Helen. Walking distance to everything , nice view. I love the coke cola theme set up. Everything was really nice and convenient

Had a couple of times, got rapid responses! Got several detailed but simple to read messages about check-in. Driving directions were even included.

The place looked better than the pictures! My grandson and I stayed there. Chose to stay here because of the Nascar theme. VERY clean and safe! Very quiet. Located on the river which was low enough for us to walk in. Our unit was on the 2nd floor-not a problem. Loved the back balcony. Had grills...didn't use. Was not a problem for us but the bed is high as was the bathroom sink. Slept well. Felt safe!

Our stay at No stress at all was awesome. Clean and well kept. The cabin was well stocked and even had a washer and dryer!

This condo was perfect. It was close to restaurants, town, water parks and shopping. We could sit on the porch and watch the tuber's go down the river. I could not have asked for more ... except a lift. Had two flights of stairs. We always over pack.

Our stay at Alpine River Suites #401 was great! The condo was very clean and had been recently remodelled. We enjoyed the river being right in our backyard!

Communication with the company was great. We got emails leading up to our stay with important information. The rental agreement was very clear. We had some issues with cleanliness when we first checked in and they were resolved quickly.

The Baumhaus was a beautiful place to stay in Helen. We had 4 adults and 3 kids stay and everyone had their own space, which was perfect! We were pleasantly surprised with the snacks laid out for us and the bottle of wine was a very unique touch! The kids loved playing air hockey and having their "own kitchen" downstairs. The adults loved the wrap-around porch. It was the perfect place to have morning coffee and to watch the storms roll in. The loft upstairs was also a great place to hide away from it all. There were enough bathrooms for everyone as well! We had a small issue with some linens not being as clean as we would like and the communication with the rental agency was quick and our problems were resolved in a very timely manner. The gated community made us feel safe, but the house is surrounded by so many trees that you don't feel like you are in a neighborhood. The house is only a couple miles from Downtown Helen and we loved how close it was to everything. Small warning to others who may not be used to it (as we aren't!): the roads leading up to the house are very very steep and windy. Drive slow and make sure the first time you arrive it's light outside so you can get your bearings. We would stay here again!

La cabaa era realmente muy cmoda y espaciosa, quedamos facinados mi familia y yo , todo estuvo excelente, llamamos para que vinieran x la basura y llegaron rpidamente realmente fue un excelente atencin al cliente, la entrada al parking de la cabaa es realmente inclinada pero todo lo dems fue encantador, todo muy limpio y me sent muy cmoda .

Our cabin was ready and clean. It was comfortable for the most part. One of the beds was very hard and the cookware was old. Overall a good stay.

This place was very stocked and plenty of dishes etc. The special shampoo etc was a nice touch and the hand soap. Very convenient to the grocery store just 50 yards away. Beds are very comfortable.

The house is so homie and cute, close to downtown Helen but far enough to have peace and quiet. We'll definitely be staying agin.

The property was 10/10- we had not a single worry during our stay. The home was clean, very well stocked (kitchen supplies, linens, etc), and the grounds were exactly what we were looking for. The kids played in the river for hours and we felt so at home.

This is our 2nd year coming to Helen and staying in Alpine River Suites #403! We have the best time and the cabin him has everything you need to make you feel at home!!! I always book online and it is so easy!! The staff immediately emails me after booking with all the information I need for our stay! I even asked them about local attractions and they responded quickly with the information I needed!!! This has become our annual location every summer!!!

We love staying here!! The cabin is convenient to Cool River Tubing, Helen tubing/water park, mini golf and eating within walking distance. The Main Street of Helen is just a minute away by car, but could easily be walked to! The best part about the cabin is that it is right on the river! We spend the majority of time sitting on the back deck or down by the river! My boys love playing in the river!!!
