It was very easy to contact and speak with the nice ladies at the rental agency. They sent me all the information I needed to enter and leave the condo as we left it. It was a very good experience.

We had all the info we needed to enter the condo. The rooms were clean and very neat. No unsettling odors. It was quiet and the view of the river from the rear deck was beautiful. All the luxuries of home. Gas grills, picnic tables, deck table and chairs, and relaxing lounge chairs. The kitchen had all one needs to cook in house and the condo was close enough to walk to restaurants, bars and shopping.

My stay in Helen was perfect. The cabin had everything we needed to have a good time and we were provided complimentary extra items in case we forgot something at home.

I made my reservation by phone. I wish i could remember who i talked with, she was very pleasant and helpful. I would say it was a great experience. I had spent a lot of time searching on line but unsuccessfully found the right place to stay.

Loved working with the rental team. They helped and rearranged my days when I found out our schedule had changed. Then (our own fault) they are working to send a travel bag of our clothes that we left hanging in the closet. So sweet and patient with me and my airheaded self!!

Marilee Cottage was awesome! It was clean, cute, roomy, well stocked. It had a welcome bag with needed supplies...soap, dish soap etc. It was secluded but close to the neighbors without seeing the other cottages and was only about 6 miles from everything. I would most definitely recommend to anyone!!!

Most of our contact with staff was through email, phone, and text. Through each form of contact, staff was helpful and polite.

Our stay was really great. The condo was well kept and clean upon arrival. The location was perfect for our preferences and the view from the back porch was great. Would definitely recommend and will plan to stay again in the future.

The team was easy to work with. We got all our questions answered in a timely manor except the emails sent on weekend we were there. It wasnt urgent so I didnt want to bother anyone to ask the question.

Porch B was perfect for 4 adults. We had plenty of space. The hot tub is a squeeze for 4 but can be done. We brought food and grilled one night. There were all pots and pans needed. Bring cooking spray or oil that was only thing we forgot so breakfast making was creative. The place was spotless and I have already recommended it to a friend traveling there in a few months!
