I was called by a rep. While on our way to cabin to just make sure we knew where we were going and had all info on how to get in cabin. Really nice having someone call and ask if you need anything.

We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the cabin. It was more spacious than the photos suggested! This cabin so far has been the best cabin we rented. It was close to Helen and many of the surrounding trail systems. Everything was in working order and had everything we needed! Would recommend staying at this cabin and may stay here next year!

We absolutely loved Heavenly Pines! The owners attention to detail was amazing as pretty much everything we needed was already there. It was absolutely spotless and exactly as pictured online. It could not have been any better!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone.

Outstanding views. Incredible venue. Perfect for what we wanted. We took advantage of all the amenities....pool table, Foosball table, tons of games & hot tub.

The members of the cabin rental team were wonderful. They welcomed us by text when we arrived and gave an option to opt-out of additional text which was appreciated. When I did text for something they were very quick to respond.

This was our second stay in the River Haus cabin. Stayed in May 2021 and liked it so much came back in November, 2021. Had such a great time again, contacted them to add on an extra night which happened to be available. We will most likely be going back next year.

La casa tiene una magnfica ubicacin. Sientes que ests alejado de todo por la tranquilidad pero a la vez rpido acceso a supermercados (ingles a 10 min) y todas las cosas que disfrutar en el rea, Cleveland, Helen, Ruby fall, Unicoi park , viedos. Mi nica recomendacin es que necesitan nuevos muebles en el exterior. Definitivamente volveremos

The cabin is in a fantastic location, but was elevated enough that we had a lot of privacy. You are within walking distance of the Georgia Mountain coaster and several other restaurants and shops. The view is great, and the cabin had everything we needed. Loved having the hot tub right out on the deck. The driveway is very steep and the bottom of our car scraped the pavement every time we left, so an SUV is ideal to stay here.
